PRISONER IN ICU FIRES 3 SHOTS INSIDE TEXARKANA HOSPITAL

 Texarkana, Texas Police investigate a report of shots fired in the Intensive Care Unit of a local hospital.

Police were called to the Wadley Regional Medical Center after shots fired calls came in. The shots reportedly came from the 2nd floor of the hospital in the ICU unit.

Inside reports say, that SWAT and other police rushed the emergency room and surrounded the hospital quickly.

"I was inside the cafeteria waiting on my food and heard the shots, I turned and asked the doctor with me if that was a gun shot?"

We do not know why the man was in the hospital and what happened for his to have a weapon. We do know that the guard at Wadley apparently had his weapon taken and fired. More reports to follow....
